Beach:	Beaches on the north shore are a 20 minute drive. There is a rocky beach (Monte Bay) with nice snorkeling that is a 7-minute walk down the road.
Transfers:	One complimentary guest pick up at ferry dock and transfer to car rental office to pick up reserved car. The villa rep will then escort the guests to the villa (guests follow in rental car). Schedule additional arrivals as necessary for $50 per person.

Description:

Beit Hawa Villa, a unique 3 bedroom, 2 bath contemporary villa, is perched 50 feet above the turquoise waters of the Caribbean with a sweeping easterly view across Rendezvous Bay and Reef Bay beyond. Located just minutes from Cruz Bay in the exclusive Boatman Point enclave, Beit Hawa Villa, with its tropical landscaping, two-tiered mini-spa on its wide seaside decks, and perpetual cooling breezes, provides an idyllic, secluded vacation setting.

The stone and silvery gray wood framed house features spectacular views through picture windows and sliding glass doors along the seaside living room and dining area, both furnished with comfortable rattan furniture and decorated with warm earth colors. The well appointed kitchen also offers magnificent vistas across the broad counter-bar to the sea and through the rear window onto the terraces above brimming with yellow allamanda and flaming bougainvillea.

The unique bedroom arrangement in Beit Hawa sleeps six - two in a separate air-conditioned master bedroom suite, complete with scenic dressing room, private bath and tropical outdoor shower garden and four in two attractive loft bedrooms (one with a king and the other with twin beds) with breathtaking views from all beds. (Note: These 2 bedrooms are not air-conditioned.)

Once inside the handsomely carved wooden portals of Beit Hawa Villa, you'll find your own favorite spot on the numerous decks and balconies where you can listen to the crash of the waves on the rocks below, drink in the colors as the sunrises over the Caribbean or watch hummingbirds and banaquits dart from flower to flower.

Hidden beneath main floor of Beit Hawa Villa is a small caretaker's apartment. It has its own private entrance away from the upper house and is tucked beneath the concrete foundation to ensure total privacy for guests on the main level.
