Description:
Villa Maria, a classic island villa, is set on a bluff above Great Cruz Bay and offers a sweeping 260 degree view of the Caribbean from each of its rooms and decks. This contemporary architect-built home has three spacious air conditioned bedrooms, each with a large private bath and a private deck for taking in the sunset views.
The separate grand master suite, also facing the bay, is located above the pool and features a king size bed, a sitting area with couch, arm chair and writing desk, and a spectacular modern bath. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
Comfortable furnishings and unique works of art are found throughout the villa. In addition, an eight speaker sound system brings your favorite music to all the outdoor decks, the pool deck and the living and dining areas.
The unique 26 foot swimming pool, with three levels for sitting, standing or swimming, is surrounded by a large deck with lounge chairs for everyone. Adjacent to the pool is a convenient wet bar and shaded dining area.
