The magnificent 30' x 30' great room includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living area with state of the art electronics and appliances. This spacious living area opens to an expansive patio. Beyond is the fabulous pool with a waterfall edge and a bar pavilion which provides a shady spot to spend your tropical afternoons while sipping your favorite island cocktail.
Hart Bay's sand and coral beach is a three minute walk and the great restaurants and shops of Cruz Bay are only a quick mile away. This beautiful home has it all whether you want water recreation, night life or peaceful relaxation.
