Cove Castles is a truly unique property on one incredibly beautiful and expensive island. The property is secluded and somewhat isolated on the west end of the island. If you are looking for a lot of activities and lots of fellow vacationers around, look somewhere else. This place is quiet except for the constant trade wind (thank God) and the surf. It's a little bit of heaven.
The property is in need of some detailing. The weather is tough on things and they need to spend a couple of bucks on little items to justify the price. The bathrooms are small but efficient. The kitchens are fine but lack a microwave. There is a lot of space in the units. They flow well and the architecture is something you either love or hate. I love it.
Get a rental car to experience the island and to get to other restaurants and sights.
Expect to spend a ton of money. Everything is expensive due to the location and the duty the government applies to imports.....try 30% on wine and you'll see that meals are costly but the food is wonderful all over the island.
To sum up, go to Cove Castles to get away from everything and everybody. You can hide here and be left alone. This is a very good spot on the best island in the Caribbean. |

Cove Castles Villa Resort provides seclusion, luxury, attentive staff, cool evening breezes under the moonlight, and the best chef in the Caribbean. It costs quite a bit, but it is worth it - even if you only do it once.
The villas are beautiful, and in harmony with the setting on a quiet little bay at the West End of Anguilla facing St. Maarten. Your neighbors will be respectful of your privacy. You have your own tennis complex, restaurant, room service, and very friendly, attentive and intelligent local staff.
The staff at this small bit of heaven can arrange everything for you, whether it is a connection to Anguilla, securing the rental car, restaurant reservations around the island, swimming parties to Scilly Key, daysailing to St. Barths, picnics, windsailing, snorkeling, diving, dancing until all hours at Johnno's, and then returning to your little piece of tranquility. We loved it! |
