Macadamia Meadows Farm Bed & Breakfast - Hawaii

Location. Macadamia Meadows Farm Bed & Breakfast rests in the city of Naalehu, Hawaii, in the mountainous southern region of Hawaii's Big Island. This bed and breakfast, located in the historic Kau district, sits approximately one mile from the island's single, main highway and less than 10 miles from Ka Lae, the southern tip of the island.
Features. This open-beamed, red cedar country home, built in 1985, sits in the midst of an eight-acre macadamia tree orchard. Complimentary continental breakfasts are served every morning, and incorporate tropical fruits with locally-harvested macadamia nuts. A pool with a waterslide and a tennis court is located at the property. Racket rentals are available at the inn. The innkeepers give complimentary educational tours of the orchard on occasion.

Guestrooms. Macadamia Meadows Farm Bed & Breakfast features five themed rooms. All rooms include private entrances, private bathrooms, microwave ovens and mini fridges. Select rooms also include cable television, a pune'e (Hawaiian day bed), a bistro table and chairs, and a walk-out porch.

Expert Tip. Two miles to the east of the property is the Shaka Restaurant, which prides itself on being the southernmost bar and restaurant in the United States.
