This hotel is currently undergoing building maintenance until mid February 2007 (completion dates subject to change). Work includes removing all wood fascia and trim from the front of the hotel building and painting the affected areas.

Work will take place from 9 AM 5 PM Monday Friday. A pedestrian walkway will be in place for guests' safety. The hotel assures that it will make every effort to minimize construction noise and related disturbance.
