Description:
Location. Positioned across from Kuhio Beach Park's saltwater lagoon, the ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Hotel is on a popular stretch of shops and attractions along the eastern Waikiki Beach district of Honolulu, Hawaii. Tropical wildlife and sea creatures at the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium are within three blocks of the hotel. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is six blocks away.
Hotel Features. Reflecting Hawaii's cultural past, the hotel's décor includes cultural artifacts such as poi serving bowls, tiki torches and traditional kappa prints. Mornings on the outdoor pool terrace start with buffet style breakfasts featuring American and Asian cuisine. Overlooking Waikiki's main street and oceanfront from the second floor, Tiki's Grill & Bar serves tropical cocktails and Pan Polynesian cuisine from its exhibition style kitchen. Entertainers, musicians and native storytellers perform nightly beginning at sunset in the restaurant's 30 foot glowing volcano. A café serving meals on the go and a creamery are also on site. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby and pool areas. The fitness center offers cardiovascular equipment.
Guestrooms. The ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Hotel offers 717 guestrooms with Indonesian teak furniture accented by vibrant throws and headboards. Bedding includes feather pillows and duvets. Some guestroom lanais boast oceanfront views. Flat panel, 32 inch televisions offer cable channels and rest near video game consoles. High speed Internet access is available for a fee.
Expert Tip. Dining at the hotel's Tiki's Grill & Bar during sunset each night held an unexpected surprise for me, as entertainers, musicians and native storytellers performed within the restaurant's 30 foot glowing volcano.

Guests booking a qualifying room type and traveling through January 1, 2008, receive a complimentary breakfast on the beach. Breakfast carts are stationed on the pool deck. Guests may utilize cooler bags to take breakfast to the beach. Entertainment is also provided. This offer is valid for new reservations in the Hotel Room, Partial Ocean View, Ocean View, Ocean Front and Junior Suite categories.

Guests booking a five night minimum stay for travel through December 20, 2007, receive the fifth night's lodging at no charge. This offer is subject to availability and is valid for all room categories except Hotel Room Standard and Freedom Specials. Blackout dates are February 9 28, 2007. This offer is combinable with Breakfast on the Beach 2007.
Guests booking a three night minimum stay for travel March 13 through June 1, 2007, or August 24 through December 20, 2007, receive the third night's lodging at no charge.
