 Very Enjoyable Stay Visited: February 2010 |

We would recommend Tradewinds Condotel for it's convenience. It's across from the Salt Mills Plaza and next to the Regent Village within walking distance to Graceway Gourmet (the supermarket). We walked to the restaurants at night and felt perfectly safe since that stretch of Grace Bay Road is the brightest lit with the street lights. It's also a very short walk to the beach which is between Point Grace and Regent Grand. It is a very quiet stretch and one of the widest too. It's a self catering condo hotel which is not as fancy as Regent Grand or hip as Gansevoort, but it's just the right place for us - clean, quiet and very comfortable. . The resort is not brand new, but it gives you a clean, crisp feeling. There are only 18 units in the two buildings, and provided us with the privacy that we wanted. The condo is very spacious. The full kitchen is very handy for breakfasts, and we even cooked surf and turf one night, buying steaks and lobster tails from Graceway Gourmet. We felt that we had more personable and friendly service at Tradewinds than many other bigger hotels that we've stayed in. Overall we had a very relaxing vacation at Tradewinds. It was exactly the atmosphere we were looking for. The self-catering condo plus the internet access made us feel very at home, and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is one hidden gem in Provo, and we highly recommend it. |

The villa offers the potential for a perfect getaway...The positives were privacy, lots of space, a great setting, great layout, very convenient to bars and restaurants...the negatives were a very cold (unusable) pool, maintenance issues upon arrival, not all that clean and sunshine at the pooldeck from only 2pm due to layout issues...This island is the greatest non-USA place that I have ever been to..bar none..I would not however return to this villa.. |

We stayed at Ocean Club for my daughter's wedding. Although many guests stayed at Grace Bay where the wedding was held, Ocean Club was "kid friendly" for the guests who brought children to Turks. Our room smelled of musty mold (as did my sister-in-law's room). She returned home with black fur growing on her clothing in her suitcase from the mold in her room also. Since my husband had undergone a bone marrow transplant in the last six months prior to our trip, I was frantically concerned about this issue. I even wrote a letter to Ocean Club West and they did not have the decency to even respond. I would never stay here again. |

I recently spent a week at Turtle Beach Villa with family and friends. The villa was conveniently located in Turtle Cove where our group frequented Tiki Hut or Sharkbite for lunch. Ocean views and beach access were at our doorstep. I also enjoyed the sunset every night behind the far side of the bay. Late night we'd lay poolside in darkness. A light breeze was constant, and we would admire the stars and milky way. Dining and golf in Grace Bay area was a short ten-minute drive away. Also, the IGA supermarket was a five-minute drive. The best beach is located on the opposite side of island (south side). It's called Taylor Beach, and is hard to find an access road to. However, we asked a local for directions and got there fine. My wife and I spent three days there where it's possible to walk 200+ yards out into only waist deep water. The homes/villas in Taylor Bay here are very private and most stare into a sun that sets into the ocean. We watched the sun set twice here. Dining in Grace Bay isn't as convenient, but next time in Turks I will investigate Taylor Bay villas as well. The weather was perfect. Our direct flight from NYC on American arrived one hour early. It was hassle-free on the return as well. I highly recommend it! |

We just got home, and we had a great week. I had to post after reading the older posts 2005 and prior. They must have really changed some things. The pools were clean, we received great service (from the manager and at every restaurant). We had our six-month-old and two-year-old boys with us and left feeling very impressed. At every turn emoloyees were present and asking us how we are doing. The food was great. I think they could have been 20% busier and the staffing would have dealt with it easily. It was evident that they had all been trained and were there to help. We are planning on returning. |

This is a great house in a beautiful setting. It's good for a big family, or four different groups as the house is laid out with four bedrooms with en suite baths. Hang out by the pool, down on the dock or walk a few minutes to a cute little beach. You will want to rent a car. Book your trip. You won't be disappointed! |

What a wonderfully relaxing time we had here with Marta and Barry. They were such great hosts you'd think you were staying with old friends. They were both pleasant and helpful. We borrowed the kayaks and paddled out to one of the five cays. It was great being the only ones out there along with the iguanas. The water was so beautiful here! We went to Marta's "secret beach" which was so very pleasant with no one there but us. We actually saw turtles popping their heads out of the water. If you're wanting charm, hospitality, and uniqueness and are looking for the kind of memories that can't be made from cookie-cutter sameness, Harbour Club is the place. First off, Barry and Marta are not "managers" or "hosts" or "owners" or "staff". Yes, they happily oblige with all those duties, but more importantly they are two people who appreciate where they live and want you to appreciate it as well. The style of accommodations they've set up is perfect for those people who want to feel like they're not in a hotel room. The cottages are delightful, well designed and decorated and ready for you to live in, complete with kitchen wares, TV, dining areas, etc. If you want to have a barbecue by the pool, there's a great thatched roof area where you may (or may not, as often it felt we had the place to ourselves) meet up with other guests for some socializing, but while in your cottage you feel like its your own home away from home. Helping with this is the location. It's a personal taste, but I was a big fan of Harbour Club Villas' position. It's actually the backyard of a couple dive shops, making it ideal for that, but is also not steeped in busy rows of condos. Out the back drive you can wander over the rocks and stare into the blue water with no one around. The five-minute drive to beaches on the other side is nothing, especially since there are a number of beaches to check out, so you'd be driving no matter where you're at. |

We enjoyed our seven nights here tremendously! The villas were wonderful. We felt very comfortable here, and loved the accommodations. We are already talking about coming back again soon. Marta and Barry made us feel at home the minute we got here. They were excellent hosts.They had nice ideas and were very informative sending us to so many special places that we wouldn't likely have found on our own. Marta had all the special touches. Every day we came back, we had subtle, beautiful touches like fresh new flowers in the conch shell and in the martini glass! The island had a great deal to explore along with some terrific secluded ocean beaches. The villas were located away from all the typical "see the sand" only hotels and were very lovely, spacious and extremely clean. If you wish to find comfort, privacy and a chance to know some of the locals...this is the place to stay. We explored the entire island following Marta and Barry's suggestions of all the different beaches. What a perfect home base. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Provo. Anyone who asks about "TCI" will be sent to Harbour Club from us! |

We have been here for only four days now, but it's been amazing! If you are an animal lover, this is the place for you! The owners have two dogs, a few cats, birds (including a talking and cracker eating one), and a pony! It's kid friendly, and steps away from the beach! On the beach, you can find conch shells or hermit crabs! It has been really great, and we still have ten days left! |

The Nikki Beach Resort Turks and Caicos was excellent. I really found it attractive and spend quality time here. Now Nikki Beach is opening their new venture in Thailand Beach. In April, I went there, and really a great place. The Nikki Beach Restaurant & Bungalow Resort, Koh Samui Thailand was the spot we visited recently. There was immaculate service from all personal assistants at all times. They told us all the great spots to hang out and have dinner. The room, food and almost everything were nothing less than perfect. We simply could not ask anything better than that. These things meant the most to us, and Nikki Beach will always be a part of our outing. |

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and did not want to leave this paradise. The villa was gorgeous, secluded and very modern. We opened the living room wide open every day, and there was always a cooling wind blowing through. Even though it was July, we only had to run the AC in the master bedroom. Our villa had about everything we could ask for - a nice grill; cooking supplies; rafts for the pool; a cell phone with prepaid minutes for local calls; books; music; towels; and a laundry room. It is great for a romantic getaway, but would be a perfect property to stay at with a few other couples. The master bedroom was amazing with a gorgeous view. The other two bedrooms were nice, too, all with their own full bathrooms and TVs. The only downfall was that the property was not on a beach. Steps led down to a platform over the ocean, and there was a cute little gazebo on the way down for sitting to eat or enjoy the view. Plus, there were many great beaches all within a five- to ten-minute drive, and many of them were pretty secluded. We left the villa several times, but had a hard time staying away for too long, because the place was so nice. Definitely get a rental car and explore the island, it is very easy to get around and there are lots of great restaurants. |

My wife and I had a terrific vacation on North Caicos and at Hollywood Beach Suites. We have taken many trips to the Caribbean, but we both agreed that this was our most relaxing island visit. There were no cruise ships in port, no jet skis buzzing the shore, and very few tourists. It was perfect! The proximity of the property to the beach was a major plus. We found that the rooms at Hollywood Beach Suites were ideal for our needs. They were comfortable, and we enjoyed having the kitchen to cook a few meals. To be able to walk out of your room directly to the beach was fantastic. The waters and the beaches in North Caicos are the best! The local folk were very friendly and very accommodating. I would suggest renting a car. There are many isolated beaches on North and Middle Caicos that you can enjoy - and in most cases you will not see another person. It is not for everyone, but if you are looking for peace and solitude with some great snorkeling, North Caicos is your island. We would definitely recommend Hollywood Beach Suites to others. We intend to visit again in the very near future. |

We could not be happier with our visit to Hollywood Beach Suites. Everyone was lovely and gracious. We felt so welcomed here. The locals all smiled at us. Alveda's food was so good. We also loved the lovely Siggie and her café'. She is a treasure, and a fun person to visit with. The highlights were that we could take the kayak out to the reef, put down an anchor, and snorkel around. We also snorkeled off the beach and found one spot that allowed us to see some lion fish, a barracuda, a moray eel and very bright little tiny fish. We even saw a nurse shark! There were also fish with big, huge eyes that I fell in love with. A dolphin swam the whole length of the beach while we were walking. We also saw huge whales jumping beyond the reef while we were on the deck of Hollywood Beach Suites. The other 100% plus was that the bikes were fabulous. We never even rented a car. We biked everywhere we wanted to go. We very much enjoyed our bike ride to three Mary Cays. If you go...expect quiet, quiet, quiet. |

I highly recommend Hollywood Beach Suites to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and secluded vacation. The setting is lovely and peaceful. The accommodations are comfy and well stocked for any adventure you want to have. Also, the beaches are private and perfect for natural sunbathing. My fiance asked me to marry him on Whitby Beach - pure romance! We'll be back as often as possible. |

We came back kicking and screaming, not wanting to return to "real life". Hollywood Beach Suites offered us the perfect setting for us to be able to reach a level of relaxation we have not received any where else. Once we stepped off the ferry, Alveda approached us immediately. At that point, we knew we were in good hands. We could instantly relax. She gave great advice, good direction, and served us amazing food. Our suite was absolutely perfect for us. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were the best I've ever laid on. We had the perfect amount of space with the perfect amount of necessary tools we needed to relax. We will most definitely be back (very soon). We also will recommend it to everyone. Although, we must admit, we would like to keep our special place a secret. Thank you very much for your top notch service in such a beautiful place. |

We returned Monday night renewed, recharged, and re-energized! What a beautiful place! Our stay was just what we dreamed about. We enjoyed stunning turquoise water, snorkeling, sightseeing, trying new food, and building new friendships. The seclusion was just what we needed! My list could go on and on. Our stay was as close to heaven as it gets here on earth. How is this possible? We also received great service from Alveda! Gosh, can Alveda cook! This caring person helped our vacation surpass all expectations! I recommended Hollywood Beach Suites to two people at Provo Airport before we even departed. They wrote down your web address. One of my friends from Azle wants to come here with her husband, too. She can't wait to see my pictures! |

The setting is romantic and beautiful. We couldn't be happier, and will go back. I do have a few suggestions. The thatch roof needs to be fixed on the table outside because it can rain on as you are eating. Also, if it rains, have mosquito spray available for guests. |

This is the most amazing facility. They have beach chairs set out for all the cruise passengers, and the shops are all friendly. I bought an art piece from the shop in the facility for half of what it would have cost in the states. Don't forget Margaritaville! |

Never have I seen such an amazing beach. The water is so clear it looks like pool water. The weather was unbelievable, and Club Med had everything to offer. They had music every night, and a huge buffet of food (not a gross buffet, but actually really yummy food). They also provided sailing lessons, and once you learn you could take your own catamaran out. We did a trip to a remote island with them one day that was also free. If you are staying here, explore Iguana Cay. It is beautiful, too. If you want to stay somewhere where they know how to have fun and make your trip both romantic and adventurous, this is the place to go. I will say it again, you will never see a prettier beach! We got an insane deal on our trip, too. |

Good snorkeling was available. Also, it was close to restaurants, the supermarket and casinos. In addition, the rooms were very nice. There were no surprises here at all. Andrew was very helpful! I have stayed on the south side of Provo before and enjoyed it, but this was less isolated and better for diving. |
