I spent 3 days in absolute fear and the hotel staff did NOTHING to take me seriously besides move my room only to get to the new room and have the same BS happen again. Someone from the hotel staff got a hold of my personal information, cell phone etc and continoulsy called my cell phone, my hotel room and banged on the door while I was in my room. Calls of "hey baby come suck my *ick" continued for 3 days. I informed the front desk to stop all calls in and they did nothing. I finally cut my trip short, spent over $200 to rebook my airfare to leave and the response of the hotel mgr on duty that night "yeah we have had this happen before" But my favorite response was from someone working behind the desk who said "this isnt Aruba honey, you wont disappear!" The next day the manager on duty "Vince" told me that they would do everything possible to make up for this, but when I tried to get refunded they would only issue me a credit for the nights that I didnt stay. Vicki was my personal tour guide; very accommodating. Very relaxing accommodation. Breakfast options provided include freshly squeezed juice from the tree outside, local fruits and a good variety of options, service elfresco with a lovely view of the marina beyond the patio.

My husband and I were traveling for 5 days and on a budget, so we chose to stay somewhere where we could save money to have more funds for shopping and entertainment. As such, we booked a room at Palms Court. Big Mistake! We can't even begin to tell you how gross and unpleasant it was. It was dirty, smelly, old, water logged, musty, dusty and downright dilapidated. Even the staff was disengaged and could care less about making us more comfortable. We stayed one night because it was too late to make other arrangements. The next morning we got to work finding another place. Of course, we would have loved to stay at one of the resorts but they were soooo expensive! So, instead we sought out other budget friendly accommodations and so we wouldn't be stuck somewhere we wouldn't enjoy, we set out early to view a couple of places in the downtown area and settled on staying at the place that was actually my second choice. What fools we were! The place that was our second choice was actually waaaay better than our first choice. Folks, don't let them fool you. Palms Court sucks! We ended up staying at the Bunker Hill Hotel for the remainder of our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. Although the Bunker Hill was not located in the best area, it was only 2 blocks from shopping and restaurant nirvana and is just as safe as any other city's downtown area. The place was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful and best of all, it was CHEAPER than the Palm's Court.

Reasonable rates and superb quality of service. Already planning our next trip. Ocean views all around. Rooms are clean and appealing.

from the time you arrive you notice the clean and bright atmosphere. the staff is top notch very helpful. We had a room on the 17th floor overlooking the bay. we were greeted with complementary chocolates and water the first night. The room was very nice with all the accommodations. Would recommend it to anyone.
