Description
Nestled in the idyllic Village of Grace Bay and steps away from Grace Bay Beach, Palmyra Townhomes is a private enclave composed of 24 two-storey townhomes with private front and rear entrances. This centrally located property is a 5-10 minute walk from Grace Bay beach, the Sands Resort with their renowned Hemmingway Restaurant, and a 7-10 minute walk from some of the island's best shopping, restaurants and amenities.
Throughout the 1734 centrally air-conditioned square feet of Palmyra - beautifully appointed with top quality furniture and every modern convenience - are travertine floors and granite countertops.
On the second floor, both spacious bedrooms have vaulted cedar ceilings. The master bedroom, with a deck overlooking the pool, is equipped with a king size bed and the ensuite bathroom hosts a double vanity and separate shower and jetted bathtub. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and full bathtub combined. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.
Walking down the hardwood stairs to the main floor, one moves through the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas - including a beautifully appointed powder room -toward the screened-in porch overlooking the pool. The feeling of spaciousness is enhanced by the ten foot ceilings. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel and beautiful custom-made hardwood cabinetry add to the harmony and symmetry of this wonderful vacation rental.
In the living room, the luxurious and comfortable leather furniture beckons you to kick back and relax to watch a DVD on the 42" inch flat screen TV. Dine al fresco at the pool picnic/BBQ area surrounded by tropical landscape or enjoy a relaxed meal on the screened-in porch. For a more intimate gathering, the beautiful dining room table offers seating for six.
For your convenience, the laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the main floor. Beach chairs and cooler can be found in the storage area under the stairs. Internet, Cable TV and a safe to store valuables are an added plus.
