I had a wonderful vacation at Dan's Creek Hotel. Visited: December 2009 Posted by keysh_1161 I decided to come to Haiti for the first time for New Years Eve. I was truly astonished when I first entered the hotel. The atmosphere was so friendly, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. When I was shown to my room, my suite was beautiful, and my terrace was facing the beach. Imagine waking up and being able to look at the beach from your room. You could almost touch it. The food was superb, and the staff catered to my every need. I truly felt as though I was royalty. The owners were always there to make the guests feel as though they were at home. The New Years Eve party made me feel as though I was in Hollywood. The decor was so beautiful, the entertainment was first class, and the fireworks were unbelieveable. I have come here twice, and both times I had a wonderful time. The food is great, the people are wonderful and the view is gorgeous. The atmosphere - there are no words to explain. The servers (David and Henry) are exceptional. You are taken care of like you are a king. The cascades are less than five minutes from the hotel, and are the best. Les Cayes and Camp Perrin are not far at all either. I Would love to spend either Christmas or New Year here, but it's already booked. I will make sure and bring someone with me the next time I come.
