Mexican food is as good as (maybe even better) than you can find anywhere in southern California. In fact the owner/chef was born in Mexico moving to the states when he was just a teenager. And, the margaritas are the best I've ever had. Their classic margarita is the best, but the flavored ones aren't too bad either. (Yes, we tried a few.) And, the restaurant itself is beautiful! I mean beautiful! The minute you open the door to enter, you feel as though you've been transported to Mexico. The colors and the decorations add such a warmth to the experience. The staff are friendly and courteous and the owners (husband and wife) make a point of saying hello to their guests making you feel even more welcome. If you're in Palau, you have to try Bandidos at least once....you'll be happy you did. We were...so much so that we ate there almost every night we were in Palau. (close)
