Description
Villa Prana, a non-smoking villa, is a deluxe and spacious 4 bedroom villa located in Dawn Beach estate with a very short walk to Dawn beach. The villa offers 3 equal size bedrooms on the top level with ensuite bathrooms, which open directly onto the pool deck.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and double shower and double sink. The other two guest bedrooms do have queen size beds and bathrooms with single shower and sink. On the lower level there is an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds (one is a trundle which raises to standard height) and bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms as well as the living room do have a/c units.
The villa is fully furnished with top of the line furniture throughout and has a very spacious pool deck and pool. You can enjoy the atlantic breeze and stunning views of beach and oyster pond.

Villa Notes:
If rented as a two bedroom the two guest rooms on the top level are offered. If you prefer the master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms an additional fee of us$200.00 per week is required for all seasons.
Due to the villa's driveway turn-around, mini-vans are not recommended unless parked on the road.
