This is by far the best condo on any island. Visited: February 2004 Posted by dsmith66 I stayed here with my family for a week in a one-bedroom ground floor corner unit. It had a lanai and a private yard. My stay was February 2004. The rooms were huge. Our one-bedroom condo had more room than a two- or three-bedroom in Kona. The bath was huge with a huge tub and the Lanai had a wet bar. Wow! It was not a timeshare, and felt like a country club with private gated entry and loads of privacy and water features - yet no bugs. The staff was super, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It was on the beach course and was steps to the club house and putting green. Across the street fron the Hilton, there was access to all the best at a fraction of the cost. It was a class act and the best value on any island I have seen. I would come back. The hotel was managed by Aston, and it also had a health club, pools, spa shaded parking, and free tennis in a very upscale three-story building.
