The living spaces are tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, including a Samsung 65” TV, Satellite TV, Netflix, Movistar, WiFi, stereo system, and air conditioning.
The lower floor houses a laundry room, pantry, storage space, and a 60m² games room, along with one of the bedrooms.
For sports enthusiasts, the property offers a 40m² gym equipped with various exercise machines and a paddle court with night lighting. Outdoor amenities also include a petanque court.
