The expansive exterior stretches across multiple levels of the property and encompasses a heated pool, al fresco dining, a sundeck, an outdoor living area, and a shaded lounge. Aqua Verde enjoys 140 feet of beachfront footage, so guests can take long walks on the sand, use the paddle board and kayak to explore the shoreline, or take a local boat excursion to fish or snorkel through coral reefs. The villa’s interior is bright, elegant, and modern. Vaulted, paneled ceilings and chic hanging pendant lights outfit the common room’s living space, dining area, and kitchen. Plush furnishings surround the living area’s flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors frame the ocean view. The indoor dining area seats eight guests next to the al fresco dining terrace, so guests can easily eat inside or out from the conveniently placed kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, expansive countertops, and a breakfast bar. There are also two powder rooms for guests’ use. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, exterior access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master suite also has a flatscreen TV and the third suite can be made up with two twin beds for children. The villa’s staff includes daily housekeeping and butler service.
