Luxury villa with amazing sunset views!
Ard Na Mara sits high above Great Cruz Bay on the western side of St. John. With an exclusive location at the top of Virgin Grand Estates, this four-bedroom home is ideal for those seeking understated luxury.
The villa is laid out in three separate structures, connected by a pool and gallery. The spacious exterior stretches across the length of the property and encompasses an expansive pool, sunbathed loungers, a covered dining and living area, and several balconies. Ard Na Mara also has a lush, landscaped yard, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue grill, and lots of lounge and play space. The sunset views are absolutely incredible, especially from the swimming pool. Inside the villa’s interior, rich mahogany, tropical woods, local stone, and other natural elements create a sense of warmth. The gourmet kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The Great Room offers comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV, and a spacious dining table. Every room enjoys gorgeous ocean and sunset views.
Each of Ard Na Mara’s bedrooms enjoys convenience to the common areas without sacrificing privacy. The master bedroom is located above the Great Room and accessed by interior stairs. The suite enjoys an ensuite bathroom and a large, private deck. There are also two king suites with beautiful ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a small apartment with its own kitchen, living space, queen bedroom, and bathroom. This room is perfect for guests who want a little more independence, like grandparents, teens, or nannies.
Ard Na Mara rests on a gently sloping, double lot surrounded by lush gardens. Virgin Grand Estates is an upscale neighborhood with incredible views, and is only a 5 - 7 minute drive to Cruz Bay and nearby beaches.

| Transfers | Guests are met at the dock to greet you when you arrive to our island. Guests will be ushered to your vehicle rental company where you will sign for the vehicle and circle back to pick up the luggage. You will then follow the greeter out to your home for a thorough tour and overview of the property, its unique features as well as house rules and contact information. Due to liability restrictions, our greeters are not permitted to carry guests or their luggage in their vehicle. |

Wonderful Stay
Ard Na Mara, St. John villa review
Ard Na Mara was a beautiful villa with a great view. It is well kept up, has great amenities (pool, ensuite bathrooms, beach chairs and towels, and an outdoor kitchen and grill). We definitely recommend it to families and groups of friends.
Shawna and Sharon arranged all our transportation and gave great advice on things to do. We hope to use their services again for another trip as it made everything easy.

Ard Na Mara, St. John villa review
We loved staying at Ard Na Mara! This villa is exquisite with everything you need. Wonderful views from all rooms, beautiful landscaping and furnished well! We honestly can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better. We loved the porch, the pool, the outdoor dining and especially the garden dining area off the side of the house that felt like you were in a jungle! The palms were beautiful as were the banana trees. Every room was furnished beautifully - especially the gorgeous dining table - comfortable beds and plush linens & this villa was extremely clean. We had tons of privacy & everyone has plenty of space to spread out & enjoy those views. The neighborhood was very safe & had great walking areas & just a short drive to Cruz Bay. This villa is the best choice for privacy if traveling with other couples and teens because of the house set up & privacy! We also loved that Nidia met us at the Jeep rental and guided us to our villa - she also gave us a wonderful tour of our property and presented us with a delicious food basket. Nice touch! We truly can’t wait to come back!
Our experience working with Shawna was probably the best customer service we have ever had - she assisted us along the way and made sure we had everything taken care of. From food delivery to jeep rental to making sure our house was the perfect choice for our family. She answered “many many” questions & always gave great recommendations for nice dinners out to excursions.
The set up of the “where to stay” website is great and it gives a great summary of our vacation along the way to be sure we were prepared with all documents needed ahead of time - it was very organized which was extremely helpful! We will definitely be using Shawna again & we highly recommend her & “Where to Stay”!
