Excellent layout for couples and families. Split level with the 2 very private bedrooms with a full bath in each downstairs and amazing living space upstairs. The upstairs half bath is a very good feature. The view is outstanding. Dawn Beach and Oyster Bay to the left and the Atlantic Ocean to the right(east). The living space is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The small portable grill did not work but no big deal for our needs. The AC units and ceiling fans worked great. There is no “cable TV” like we have at home but some streaming shows were available. I guess we really didn’t miss TV when we could relax and stare out at the surf breaking in front of the villa. Cell phone service and the WiFi were very good. Housekeeping service was excellent on every third day and the on island staff was responsive and helpful. It is definitely windy but the constant 80 degrees felt great to us New Englanders. There were a few days that we didn’t use the very nice pool because of strong easterly winds. We wish there was a handrail from the pool deck down the steps into the pool for safety reasons. Also, the tile around the pool can be slippery. One needs to be aware of that and walk carefully. The footpath to Dawn Beach that starts at the bottom of the villa’s lower deck is OK for the sure footed. It is a rocky path until one reaches the sandy beach area. However, it is a nice 10 minute walk to the beautiful soft sand of Dawn Beach.

Great. Betsy helped with all the financial arrangements including some last minute changes. All went very smoothly. She was able to connect us to Lori and the local concierge folks in SXM. Everyone was very helpful.

We really couldn’t use the pool or outdoor area due to the winds. Even though it was 29C outside with lows of 24 overnight, the winds were so strong all week it was cold unless the sun was out. Even then, the pounding winds made it hard to be outside, due to the raised location right on the ocean. Once on ground level it wasn’t an issue. You can’t control Mother Nature.

Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would happily deal with Wheretostay again.

My wife and I spent 28 days at Beach House Younes . We could not have enjoyed our selves more. The house is fantastic, and it has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, bed was super comfortable and the shower is very nice. The views are really something special, and the little Weber grill handy on the nights we stayed in for dinner. Our housekeeper Crystal was delightful.
We went to L’Astrolabe at Orient Bay for dinner 8 times. We love Thomas and the crew and Loki singing on Fridays and Mondays - very relaxing. Also had dinner at Big Fish in Oyster Pond twice as it was very nice.  We went to Grand case for dinner twice -  once at Ocean 82 and our last night on the island Le Pressoir (also nice but a little expensive. )
We did three day trips (twice to Anguilla), and Shoal Bay East is the most amazing beach. Enjoyed lunch at Madeariman both days. Our other trip was to St Barths - the ferry ride was rough on the way over! The airport 3rd most dangerous in the world is a must see. We enjoyed lunch and shopping.
Spent lots of time on St Maarten beaches as well.
We had a wonderful time.

The Villa is amazing!! Love the two master suites! The view is breathtaking! If you want a place that has peace and quiet, this is it!

We so much appreciated having someone meet us at the rental car facility and escorting us to the villa. We also loved the welcome basket when we checked in. The villa was nice but needs some updated and better furnishings, however, the bed and pillows are super comfortable. The sofas definitely need replacing. The kitchen ants need to be addressed as well as the glassware, which is super cloudy-maybe using jetdry in the dishwasher will help. A new coffee maker is also a must!
We enjoyed the view and the pool very much.

Betsy was above and beyond helpful! No question was left unanswered. She was wonderful!
