Life is good on the outside! Blue Canopy boasts a generously proportioned multi-level deck and pool paddock. The porch extends the full length of the house and is accessible from the living area and master bedroom. The retractable awnings provide ample shade when needed. A gas BBQ as well as a tables and chairs make for perfect alfresco dining.  Two steps down from the patio is the pool paddock centered by an L shaped pool. Next to the pool is a bar and a comfortable gazebo with seating for four with linen curtains to provide shade. There is also a half bath located in the gazebo area.

Rental Notes:
Blue Canopy has a tenant in a downstairs apartment. They have a private entrance, walkway and even parking. The tenant will not be sharing any common space with guests. Guests staying at Blue Canopy will have complete privacy and should not be bothered by the tenant below.
