Blue Vista offers waterfront luxury, peace and quiet, and tons of room for large groups. There are two separate sleeping quarters, so two families could enjoy the villa in privacy. The best part is easily the outdoor area, which has a huge pool, a sundeck, and an waterfront pavilion.

Luxury villa with waterfront access!
Blue Vista is an absolutely stunning villa in Turtle Tail with breathtaking ocean views and convenience to Grace Bay Beach. This waterfront villa offers six spacious bedrooms, a guest house, and extensive outdoor space.
The generously sized sundeck provides ample room to lounge, cook, and dine. At the edge of the deck, there is an infinity-edge lap pool that seems to blend into the sea. Loungers border the opposite side of the pool, and umbrellas provide optional shade. Just behind the pool, guests can relax in the canopied daybed, take in the view from the fire pit sectionals, or feast around the al fresco dining table. The expanded outdoor kitchen features a stainless steel barbecue grill, a mini fridge, and an ice machine. A wide staircase leads down to the oceanfront cabana, which rests a few feet from the water’s edge. Blue Vista guests also have access to kayaks and paddle boards, an outdoor shower, and the ocean.
Massive sliding glass doors lead into the living room, which has gorgeous leather couches, a glass coffee table, two armchairs, and an elegant flatscreen TV. The gorgeous dining table features cerulean marble that mimics the sea, and seats eight guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and sleek cabinetry with tons of storage. Four of Blue Vista’s bedrooms are in the main house, and two are in the guest house. The main house suites include three king bedrooms, which each have an ensuite bathroom. There is also an office with a double sofa bed. In the guest house, there is a master suite with a king bed and a second suite with two queen beds. Both suites have ensuite bathrooms and exterior access only.
Blue Vista is only 10 minutes from Grace Bay Beach, and within easy access of several restaurants and shops. The villa has full air-conditioning and WiFi throughout the property.

Unbeatable View!
Blue Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
We just returned from a weeklong stay at Blue Vista. I don’t think my words can do the villa justice. Simply put, It’s gorgeous! Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, well thought out and with many lovely amenities. The view is awesome…you can see both the sunrise and sunset from the huge pool deck. The guys really enjoyed kayaking in the big blue backyard. We had just a few minor hiccups and the property manager resolved them immediately.
Andrew was great! He listened carefully to our list of “wants” and recommended the perfect place for our group. He’s very attentive and responsive to questions, even when I asked the same ones two or three times lol. Andrew is a good communicator and has a lovely personality and awesome sense of humor. I highly recommend his services!
Stop Looking and Just Book It

You always see the review that says ‘the pictures don’t do it justice’, well this is the first time I’d have to play that card. After renting houses in the Bahamas for 15+ years and a first time visit to T&C, this blew away expectations - truly the nicest house we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. Modern in all the right ways and absolutely stunning. Andrew was great in the booking process and Julian was incredibly responsive on-island. Spend the money, you’ll never regret it.
Beautiful Villa
Blue Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
The villa was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The problem we encountered was the electric was out for over 3 hours on the right side of the house. All of the 6 of the 8 guests had to scramble and use our Master bath and showers to get ready for our dinner.
We lost Water for over 2 hours on the following day which also was unpleasant as well.
We paid for cleaning service for the Sunday and realized we would not continue to use the service due to overpricing.
Betsy was fine, we were overwhelmed with the Covid requirements and felt we were not properly instructed on the process. With Covid hopefully behind us, we probably would reconsider all the requirements before booking in Turks in the future.
