Blue Water enjoys a beachfront location on Rum Point near water sports, restaurants, and bars. This gated, five-bedroom villa is ideal for couples, families, and beach-lovers.

Palm trees and lush foliage ushers guests into the property, and a unique fountain feature stands at the home’s front entrance. The oceanfront sundeck is elevated just above the beach, but guests can easily reach the sand and sea. The water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling with protective footwear, and the beach has the best space for sunbathing. The gorgeous infinity pool is anchored by a hot tub at the head and ocean views at the end. Loungers line either side of the pool and rest in full sun, but shade can be found in the cabana bar or dining gazebo. There is also a stainless steel propane grill for evening barbecues. A sound system pipes music throughout the interior and exterior.

Glass doors open to Blue Water’s welcoming living and dining area, which are both outfitted with warm neutrals and comfortable, sumptuous furnishings. Plush sofas face the living room’s flatscreen TV, and the formal dining table seats ten guests. In the elegant kitchen, there are modern appliances, a coffee maker, and an expansive center island. The adjacent breakfast nook seats four guests near ocean views.

Blue Water’s five bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a king bed, an oceanfront balcony, ocean views, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. There are also two queen suites that open to the balcony and have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs, there is a king suite with garden views and a twin suite with ocean views and exterior access. These suites share a large bathroom.

Rum Point Club’s restaurant, beach, bar, and water sports are only a short drive away. The Kaibo Yacht Club’s restaurant, bar, and marina is just a little further up the coast. The villa is also available for weddings and events.
