This level is sandwiched between two floors of spacious bedrooms. On the lower level, there’s two suites that each have an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV. There’s also a laundry room on this level. A staircase on this level leads down to the fully-finished basement, which has a private, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. This setup ensures that no one has to line up outside the door or cram together to get ready in the morning. The Master Suite sits alone on the level above the living area, with its own balcony, huge walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and the big loveseat and Apple TV creates a private retreat.
