Spacious villa in a great location!
Cliff House is an spacious, welcoming villa in the prestigious Lower Peter Bay Estates. This fully air-conditioned villa has a great layout for family vacations and couples’ getaways, with convenience to Trunk Bay and Cruz Bay.
The villa’s terrace stretches across an oceanfront bluff and enjoys views of the deep blue sea. Loungers, umbrellas, and dining tables border the circular pool. Steps lead up to the open-air living area, where guests can relax on the love seats and sofa or dine around the wooden table with an ocean view. There’s a fully-equipped fitness room with cardio machines, resistance equipment, and free weights. There’s even a massage table for guests to unwind on after a good workout. Inside the high-ceilinged living room, guests can read on the couch, work in the study, or eat around the dining table. There’s a DVD player and board games for more entertainment, and WiFi runs throughout. A short staircase leads up to the gourmet galley kitchen, which has wraparound counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Each of the villa’s four bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and exterior access only. Three of the suites have king beds and one has two queen beds. The interior seems like it belongs in the European countryside, with creamy off-white walls and furnishings, French doors, and sky blue accents.
Cliff House is located on a peninsula between Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay. Trunk Bay is home to a world-renowned underwater snorkeling trail, and Cinnamon Bay has tons of water sports for rent. There are hiking trails across from Cinnamon Bay, and both beaches have great swimming and snorkeling.

It was a spectacular trip! The villa is a dream come true. Peter bay is one of the prettiest areas on the island. It was a magical experience, and I can not wait to go back. Where to stay is a wonderful team!! Perfect villa in every way!!!!

Cliff House Villa, St. John villa review
Cliff house was a wonderful house, clean, well stocked and well appointed with a first class professional house manager who truly made our stay effortless and very enjoyable. We felt that the personal attention Kelly our house manager gave us made our trip very special where we were able to spend quality time with our family, he also gave great guidance to allow us to have a family trip of a lifetime. A special thanks to Kelly who is a true professional. The views are incredible, location perfect with a short walk to the beach in a private safe community. The drive to town was also short enough that it made it easy to either drive or grab a cab to town each day. Plenty of room and very well appointed bedrooms, inside and outside living areas made all family members feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Our family who travels to many premium locations and resorts worldwide was beyond impressed with this home, the Wheretostay team and house manager.
We are already checking our schedules for next year.
I don’t know where to start about what a professional company and team we had handle our trip. Wheretostay headed by Shawna Dunaway TEAM made everything easy and took much of the guessing and hassle out of this trip. She was very timely in all correspondences, very informative and helpful which made our trip so enjoyable and less stressful. I personally want to Thank You Shawna.
Also having Kelly the house manager on site was a huge plus for helping all my family members relax and enjoy there trip, thanks Kelly

Amazing Property
Cliff House Villa, St. John villa review
The house had all up to date furniture and amenities. It is a great location and views are fantastic. Great workout room and the pool is the perfect size!
Look forward to returning to the Cliff House and Kelly did a great job with any questions and concerns we had during our stay.
