The large freshwater pool is surrounded by double-chaise loungers, tables, and chairs so guests can stay outside for hours. There’s several dining tables and chairs in the lanai, which has an open-air design, ceiling fans, and ocean views. Stairs lead down to the sandy beach, where guests will find foot showers, two hammocks, and water toys. Palm trees shade either side of the beach, which adds privacy. Shoot some hoops on the basketball court, take a paddle board out on the water, or watch the kids play on the swing-set/play area. Inside, guests can dine under a glitzy chandelier, lounge in the entryway on several couches, or practice on the Baby Grand Piano from sunrise to sunset. The oversized kitchen can accommodate several guests at once, and chefs at heart will love the double fridge, luxury appliances, and stretch of countertops. The kitchen leads into the media/game room, which is perfect for guests who want to retreat and unwind with their favorite movie or video game. A larger, group-friendly cinema room sits adjacent, with a large, flat screen TV, several comfortable chairs, and surround sound. On the opposite side of the ground floor, the game room has a billiards table, foosball, flat screen TV, and wet bar ready to entertain competition. A powder room sits to the side. This wing also holds the double queen bedroom, which has two queen-sized beds and exterior access.

On the upper level, a loft combines the two wings of bedrooms. With a glass balcony and ocean views, this would be the perfect spot for morning yoga or evening reading. To the left, the master suite has a king-sized bed, large balcony with an ocean view, and a massive ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in closet. Two more king bedrooms are on this side of the upper level, with ensuite bathrooms and ocean views. On the opposite side, another master suite has a king-sized bed, large ensuite bath with a soaking tub, and ocean views. The adjacent bedroom has two double beds, and shares a bathroom with the California king bedroom. This configuration allows guests to divide the house for two families or for kids and adults. Guests can rent the guest cottage that adds an additional bedroom, a kitchen, and living room. This would be ideal for nannies, teenagers, or staff.

Coconut Walk is within walking distance of the grocery store, liquor store, the West End Café, the new Kimpton Resort, and several beachside restaurants. The boat docks where guests will find fishing, snorkeling, and scuba adventures are also nearby. It is a five minute drive to the Cayman Turtle Farm and Tortuga Rum Cake Factory. Shopping and dining at Camana Bay and Georgetown is a 15 minute drive away.
