Located on a hillside in St. John, Eco Serendib is a spacious 8 suite villa that serves as an ideal setting for large groups, such as weddings, family reunions, or corporate gatherings. The home has been built with both luxury and environmental sustainability in mind. Eco Serendib overlooks the Caribbean Sea and features private bedroom suites with adjoining bathrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a conference room, gym, spa, a pool, and much more. There's even an organic garden on the property so guests can enjoy fresh, local fruits and vegetables. Conveniently located near Cruz Bay, guests at Eco Serendib also have easy access to restaurants, shops, and exciting island night life.

Eco Serendib Villa and Spa has surpassed all expectations and may be considered the leading St. John Villa in amenities, luxury and elegance. With panoramic views, numerous amenities, and colorful, immaculately manicured grounds, this Villa offers a resort-type experience without the fuss.

With an on-site exclusive spa and fitness center, an organic garden, and cutting edge paperless boardroom, Eco Serendib Villa and Spa is an ideal destination for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, or to simply experience an ultimate Caribbean vacation.

The Villa features 8 luxury suites designed with your sensory experience in mind. The suites have a variety of colors and styles including vaulted ceilings, chill loungers, some private balconies, and all en-suite bathrooms. The Presidential Suite is the featured guestroom. Designed with a Bride's wedding day in mind, the Presidential Suite features a parlor, grand staircase, concealed kitchenette, and utmost privacy. After the wedding, visit the spa and relax in the infrared sauna, soak in the mosaic tiled tub or utilize the private couples massage room to relax after the big day.

Without sacrificing any luxuries or modern conveniences, Eco Serendib has taken many measures towards a green approach. The Villa has incorporated many Energy Star energy saving appliances and water conserving fixtures. Much of the furniture and fixtures are made from recycled materials from top name brands such as Kohler, Sub Zero/Wolf, Gloster Furniture, and Lutron controlled lighting. One of the most impressive green aspects is the villa's own organic garden, lead by a local horticulturist and featuring an array of herbs, vegetables, and local fruits.

Several minutes by car will take guests to Cruz Bay - the charming town on the west side of St. John where the ferry arrives, with many restaurants, shops, galleries, excursion companies, etc. The South Shore area extends to Reef Bay, passing Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, Rendezvous Bay and Fish Bay along the way. It is home to the Westin Resort & both sandy/coral locals beaches.

Rental Options include:

Tier 1

- Meet and Greet at the Villa upon arrival

- Orientation of the villa including showing and demonstrating how things work in each of

the rooms and the villa

- Availability of Manager/Concierge on Duty via telephone and in person during pre-

determined hours

Tier 2

- Meet and Greet at the ferry dock

- Open safari vehicle ride to the villa

- ES signature arrival (piano, lemongrass tea, champagne, hors d’oeuvres, cold towels)

- Orientation of the villa including showing and demonstrating how things work in each of

the rooms and the villa

- Daily refresher maid service. (Refresher is defined as making beds, cleaning the

bathroom and emptying trash.) Please note as part of our mission we will be changing bed linen only once a week. Towels will be changed mid-week. Guests may opt out of this and we will make a $100.00 donation to our St. John beach restoration/tree planting project.

- Concierge service is available upon request at no additional cost during pre-determined hours and via telephone.

Tier 3*

- Meet and Greet at the ferry dock

- Open safari vehicle ride to the villa

- “At your service” butler style package. Professional staff available from 7am to 7pm

each day. Hours can be adjusted according to guests’ wishes.

- Butler style service includes:

o Meet and greet upon arrival at the villa

o ES signature arrival (lemongrass tea, champagne, hors d’oeuvres, cold towels) o Luggage placed in each room.

o Show and demonstrate how things work in each of the rooms and the villa

o Prepare snacks and beverages, provisioning costs additional

o Pool towel and beverage service

o Twice daily maid service in common areas

o Morning coffee service complimentary

o Prepare made-to-order breakfast as requested, provisioning costs additional

o Prepare picnic lunch when needed, provisioning costs additional

o Cook provided to prepare dinner for arrival day, provisioning costs additional

o Beach towels and beach chairs prepared

o Tidy dining table and kitchen morning and afternoon

o Wash dishes and clean the kitchen sink

o Kitchen oven cleaned upon request or mid-week if used and needed

o Clean barbecue

o Pack pool toys and dry off pool towels each evening

o Personal laundry at the villa or coordinate two day laundry/dry cleaning service o Coordinate grocery shopping/provisioning

o Organize daily maid service, evening turn down service

- Daily refresher maid service to include making beds, cleaning the bathroom, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash and general straightening. Please note as part of our mission towels will be changed mid-week. Guests may opt out of this and we will make a $100.00 donation to our St. John beach restoration/tree planting project.

- Your host, also known as assistant/butler/inn keeper (one staff member), will be available to you between the hours of 7 am – 12 pm and 2pm – 7 pm, and at other times via telephone. This is the person to go to for all needs.

- Bell staff member available the day of arrival and departure.

- Full service housekeeping staff will be available to attend to all of the above listed

duties.
