Two of the lower level suites have king beds that convert into twins, and one suite has a four-poster king bed. A separate self-contained cottage at the edge of the pool deck includes a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a media room with a SmartTV and a DVD player. The cottage can work for couples or teenagers, as it has two twin beds that convert into a king, a separate entrance, and a poolside veranda.

Eden at Sugar Hill is a mere five minutes from the beach, and shops, activities, and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away. Eden is staffed with well-trained, friendly staff including a butler, cook, housekeeper, and gardener.
