Emeraude was simply amazing all around. From the villa, to the views, to the staff, our stay was outstanding. We had no complaints at all and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was great and attentive. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again.

My group (party of 7, 3 teenagers, and 4 adults) had the pleasure of staying at Villa Emeraude for a week in April of 2022. The entire experience was exceptional, from the airport transportation to the Concierge to the amazing physical amenities of the villa. Theo the Concierge greeted us at the villa, and made sure we knew the lay of the land and how to work all the mechanics. He arranged to have our rental car waiting for us at the Villa when we arrived. Theo was able to make great recommendations for beach clubs and restaurants and made the reservations for our party. His communication and attentiveness made our stay on SXM seamless, stress-free and even more enjoyable.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning. The well-equipped kitchen enabled us to make easy meals and snacks, we had breakfast at the villa almost every morning before we ventured out for the day. The pool was amazing, and the perfect size for our party of 7. The 4 bedrooms were appropriately laid out and outfitted with linens and towels, and the every-other-day housekeeping was an outstanding perk. The views out onto Indigo Bay were absolutely perfect, any time of day or night, and could be enjoyed from almost any position in the villa, thanks to the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The breeze off the bay ensured it was enjoyable at all times. The villa is a quick 3-minute trip to Indigo Bay restaurant and beach, which we took advantage of a couple of times during our stay. The close proximity to the villa made it a super convenient and enjoyable stop with delicious local fare. There was also some quality snorkeling right off the beach there.
Overall, we had a great experience at Villa Emeraude and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury stay on SXM.

Our experience with Betsy was incredible. The back and forth communication was seamless and she answered any questions we had as well as gave us additional information in case we needed it.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is stunningly beautiful. The house is designed and decorated with a Feng shui inspiration and it is magical. From the ocean, to the pool, to the open air concept and ocean breeze, you will not want to leave this place. The villa is also situated perfectly to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunsets. Stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Betsy and Sharon helped us to coordinate our provisioner with grocery delivery, gave us recommendations for a chef and a masseuse. They also coordinated our Covid tests to return home. It was very helpful to have their help organizing our trip. Everything went very smoothly.
We also had an on-island concierge (Theo) for the trip. It was so helpful to have him there if/when we needed anything. He would respond to any question or concern that we had within minutes.

Villa was too big just for one person to be “cleaning”. We had massages done at the villa and we needed to move the couches up a little bit, and all kinds if trash was discovered underneath the couches. Towels were mildewed, hair all over the floor, counter tops, kitchen, bed especially. Cockroaches under the cabinets, the other fridge in the back was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The villa itself is beautiful, but not being properly kept up like it could be.

Betsy was Top Tier! Every question, Every concern she was there to answer at any time, every time. Truly was Impeccable loved the customer service that Betsy gave, wish I could give her 10 STARS!!
