Due to its architectural significance, Estate Belvedere has a very naturalistic flare, and is well-suited for up to five couples to enjoy. Because of this, it is a good place to have a special event. Guests could enjoy board games and barbeque, allow use of the on-site fitness equipment, or let kids and grown-ups alike spend time in the pool. Once the event's over, the vacation residents can make use of the hammock, spend time overlooking the North Shore, or taking a drive down to the beach to enjoy spending time with each other at their vacation destination.

Estate Belvedere emerges from an expansive two-year renovation to blend old world elegance with ultra modern conveniences. Attention to detail has been afforded to every aspect of the estate, while maintaining the historical features of the original architecture. This is a terrific property, ideal for a large group or family gathering.

Originally built in 1791, the sugar mill has been transformed into an extensive three-bedroom, four-bath, main house featuring a library and fully appointed gourmet kitchen with a fresh herb garden steps away.

Located on the north shore in a nice area of St. Croix, this totally private estate is spread over three and one-half acres of shaded gardens, multi-level terraces, and historical ruins.

The surrounding patios are embraced by tropical vegetation, cool breezes, and Caribbean Sea views. The sugar mill further offers a rooftop hideaway for private sunbathing or stargazing.

The 300-year-old ruins of the original master's home provide a picturesque setting for relaxing amid flowering hibiscus and bougainvillea. The main house sleeps 6 with 2 king bedrooms and a queen bedroom.

Across the well-tended lawn, past the courtyard fountain, is a two-story guesthouse with two complete suites. Each unit has two queen-size beds, a full kitchen, and full bath sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably.

A detached cottage sleeps 2 with a king bed. There is also plenty of room for a few cots for extra children.

Estate Belvedere offers one of the largest private pools on the island. The huge and extremely secluded 20-foot by 40-foot pool is surrounded by terraced gardens of tropical flowers and shade trees.

Estate Belvedere has an on-site caretaker on-call, if needed; his quarters are located away from the main house affording our guests complete privacy.

For a property as large as Estate Belvedere, it is necessary to ensure adequate time between rentals to allow the staff to make the villa perfect. So, rentals where there are guests both departing and arriving on the same date will be considered on a case-by-case basis; please inquire!

A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED AT BELVEDERE ESTATE ALL YEAR AROUND (EXCEPT DURING CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S, WHEN A 10-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED).

*1 to 6 persons have the use of the 3 bedroom/bath suites in the Sugar Mill Main House only. 13th + 14th persons sleep on 2nd queen bed in the Ocean and/or Coral Suite - or 1 twin rollaway bed is also available.

Estate Belvedere's caretaker, occupies another cottage on this 4-acre historic plantation. He is on property for your convenience, should you have questions or problems, but of course, your complete privacy is always assured at Estate Belvedere.

RULES AND RATES FOR EVENTS AT ESTATE BELVEDERE: A maximum of 50 people may attend the function; only 16 people may stay overnight at the house. The full house weekly rate based on seasonal rates will be charged. . A $1,500.00 surcharge to cover extra expenses: house cleaning, utilities, etc. This is due with the final payment. A refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is due with final rental payment. Guests are liable for any and all damages associated with the function. All functions must be held at least 2 days before departure. Complete details including catering plans must be provided to the property manager at least 2 weeks prior to the function. The guests and their event planner are responsible for placement of tables, chairs, decorations, break down and return of said items, the property manager is not available for such duties. Guests and their wedding planner are responsible for clean up of the property. Extra clean up, if necessary, will be deducted from the security deposit.
