Fischer’s Reef villa sits on secluded and idyllic Rum Point on the quieter side of Cayman. This villa is perfect for a family vacation with relatives of all ages: young and old, teenagers and parents. There’s more than enough space for 20 guests, and two levels of living and lounging space.

Kayak, snorkel, and swim in the sea, or swim laps in the infinity pool. Guests can relax in the hammocks or the gazebo on the beach level of the terrace, or walk up a short set of stairs to the infinity pool and al fresco dining area. Catch a sunrise or watch the stars on the upper level of the terrace, accessed by a winding staircase on the villa’s exterior. The beauty of this villa is that guests have more than enough outdoor space, both on the terrace and on the beach, just steps away. The first level of the villa can be accessed from the pool terrace. This level holds a cozy living room with a 75 inch LED TV, a kitchenette with a coffee center, and a dining table with seating for 8. There are five bedrooms on this level, and three suites open to the pool terrace. Four bedrooms have either king or queen-sized beds, and the fifth suite has two sets of bunk beds. This bunk room was designed for children, and the bathroom is one of the only in the villa with a tub and shower. The bathroom next door, in the fifth bedroom, also has a tub. The fourth and fifth bedroom would be great for young families, because they are next to each other and neither has exterior access.

On upper level, guests will find the large Great Room, which incorporates the spacious living and dining areas. The living room has a flat screen TV and is chicly decorated with a neutral color scheme. There’s also a music nook in the back, where guests can practice playing the villa’s guitars to their hearts’ content. The dining room has large casement windows that look out at the pool and sea. The Great Room is furnished with high-quality upholstered furniture and decor. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oversized refrigerator, gas range and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. It’s between both dining areas, so meal time will be a breeze. Each of the dining areas open to the upper level balcony, so guests can take their snacks and meals outside at a moment’s notice. The Master Bedroom is on this level, and also opens to the balcony. The suite is oversized for maximum comfort, with a king-sized bed, living area, and a chic ensuite bath with a dual vanity and huge walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms on this level have king or queen beds, garden views, and ensuite bathrooms with oversized walk-in showers. One bedroom has a walk-in closet, and one has a wardrobe. There’s also a pull-out sofa and hideaway bed available for children.

Fischer’s Reef is fully ready to entertain every guest. The villa comes equipped with two kayaks, two paddle boards, pool floats and sand toys, and snorkel gear to use on a private stretch of the sea.
