Villa Fratelli Cresta offers a unique combination of luxury and comfort not often seen in a property of its size. Seven deluxe bedroom suites within three distinct villas provide sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests. Virgin Islands Architect, Kalif Henley brought vision to life in a stunning layout. Villa Fratelli has the most amazing views, from Secret Harbour and the protected sanctuary to Red Hook Bay and sister island St. John on to the British Virgin Islands.

Located on the East End of St. Thomas, USVI, Villa Fratelli Cresta is embraced by meticulous gardens behind electronic gates. This villa is very close to the Red Hook Complex (American Yacht Harbor), medical facilities (Red Hook Family Medical Group and Chelsea Drug Store), mail (Red Hook Mail Services) and plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife options. Fratelli Cresta is also very convenient to area marinas, car barges to St. John, ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Yet, within the electronic gates, you’ll enjoy sumptuous accommodations and privacy.

The woods used for interior and exterior trim include the durable “greenheart” from Guyana. This wood stands up well to salt, air, insects and moisture. Solid masonry construction allows for privacy among the 3 villas (2, 2-bedroom units flank a third, which contains 3 bedrooms). Interior Designer Elizabeth Hall of local outlet Island Empire contributed greatly to the property’s stylish interiors and exteriors. Caribbean art and objets appear throughout to help create an eclectic tour for the eyes and spirit.

Guests renting one or two units will have shared access to the common areas including the outdoor patio (great for hosting events).In addition, a freshwater pool, hot tub, gazebo with wet bar, outdoor grill and fitness center with A/C is on the lower level. For larger parties (or exclusive use of the entire property), you may choose to book all three. All three villas have complete kitchens with modern appliances, laundry, climate controlled A/C, ceiling fans, individual great rooms and Wi-Fi internet access.
