Grace Too Estate has an enviable location on Grace Bay’s beachfront, just steps from one of Turks and Caicos’ best snorkeling spots. Families and friends alike will fall in love with this six-bedroom estate’s tropical views, divided between the Beach House and the Cottage.

Grace Too is ideal for anyone who wants to be on the beach and in the sea as much as possible. Grace Bay is right outside the back door, and stretches across the coast for miles. The home is in Princess Alexandra National Park, which protects various beaches and snorkeling reefs on the island, as well as an iguana sanctuary, wetlands, and dive sites. Grace Too also has four kayaks, two paddle boards, and an outdoor shower on the beach. At the villa, guests can swim in the large, L-shaped pool or sunbathe on the loungers around the deck. Upstairs on the Beach House’s balcony, there are two dining tables with a stunning view of the turquoise sea and direct access to the living room. The Beach House’s living room is in an open-concept space with the modern kitchen and dining table, and designed with high ceilings, lots of fans, and pops of colorful artwork along the walls. All three of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have TVs. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rain head shower, and a balcony. The second suite also has a king-sized bed, and shares a bathroom with the suite next door, which has a queen bed.

The guest Cottage is two levels, and each level is independent of the other and fully equipped. On the fully air-conditioned upper level, guests have a full kitchen, living area, and indoor/outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms on the upper level both with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children will love the twin bed in the loft. There’s a BBQ grill on the wall-to-wall veranda with ocean views. Downstairs on the lower level, guests also have a kitchen, living area, and indoor/outdoor dining. There’s a BBQ grill on garden patio outside. The king suite on this level has an ensuite bathroom, and there’s a queen sofa bed in the living room. The guest Cottage has an outdoor shower and a private pathway to the beach.

Grace Too is only 5 minutes from the supermarket, within walking access to restaurants, and a few miles from Provo Golf and Country Club. Turtle Cove Marina and tennis are just a mile away.
