Two dining areas frame the living room, and a third sits in an alcove off the kitchen. Expansive countertops and stainless steel appliances outfit the gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped with a Keurig, Nespresso, wine coolers, top-notch cookware, and a sleek bar top. A powder room and laundry room round out the space. Two queen suites sit on either side of the entryway, both with ensuite bathrooms. The east wing suite has a library, garden views, and shares a bathroom with the oceanfront den. The west wing suite has an ensuite bathroom and private location near the laundry room. Upstairs, there are two queen suites in the east wing. One has a garden view, and the other has an ocean view and access to the balcony. The master bedroom is in the west wing, and has a living area, a study, and access to the balcony. Its ensuite bathroom is spacious and chic, with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
