Bird watching, paddle boarding in the lake, biking through the neighborhood, and strolling down the sand are all at guests’ fingertips. At the villa itself, a gorgeous sundeck surrounds the spacious pool and lounging areas. Covered pergolas with fire pits, an outdoor cabana, and a yoga deck overlook Flamingo Lake’s sunsets. There’s also a barbecue grill so guests can cook and dine al fresco.

Gilded double doors welcome guests into the villa’s open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar dining, and a flatscreen TV. The adjacent dining room seats six guests next to water views. The living space is outfitted with cushioned armchairs and a Smart TV. Each of the four bedrooms includes ample natural light and both waterfront and garden views. Three suites have king beds and one has a queen bed.
