Le Moulin’s property is paved with a stone terrace and wooden patios that surround the infinity-edge pool. Loungers with umbrellas line one side, and a grassy lawn lines the other. On the covered patio, there’s a couple dining and lounging nooks for guests to relax around. There’s also a dining table in a patch of sun on the terrace. Stone pathways run throughout the yard and connect the main house to the windmill suite. Tall archways frame the villa’s interior, which is designed with high, exposed wood ceilings and cool tile floors. The living room, furnished with couches and a flatscreen TV, opens to the patio. The modern, neutral kitchen is fully equipped with sleek countertops, top-notch appliances, and ample cookware. It has easy access to outdoor dining. Two bedrooms with air-conditioning, king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and exterior access lie on either side of the main corridor. One bedroom can be converted into a twin suite if needed. In the detached air-conditioned windmill suite, there’s a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace. The recently built fourth bedroom lies near the pool with a king bed, ensuite bath and ocean views.  Daily housekeeping keeps the villa in pristine condition.

St. Jean is split into two beaches by Eden Rock and has several restaurants, bars, shops, and water sports. There’s several grocery stores and services nearby, and guests can drive to Lorient and Gustavia in minutes.
