Palm Villa rests high on a hilltop between Great Cruz Bay and Rendezvous Bay. This three-bedroom villa overlooks the sea in either direction and enjoys stunning sunset views. The villa’s Caribbean architecture includes exposed beam cathedral ceilings, screened louver windows, French doors, and coral stone tile floors throughout the interior and exterior.

Glimpses of the sea are dotted through Palm’s inviting entrance, and rush into every vantage point from the moment guests step inside. Beneath the covered deck, guests can dine around the outdoor table and cook on the barbecue grill. On the opposite side of the deck, the villa’s pool stretches beneath the sun next to loungers and an open railing that frames the sea. Inside the elegant living area, two sets of French doors open to the view, and a flatscreen TV sits in between. There is ample space to lounge in the living room after feasting around the adjacent table, and both spaces share a modern, neutral color palette with elevated finishes. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The spacious master suite features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a generous walk-in shower. A short staircase leads down to a second sleeping area with a daybed, which is ideal for families. This suite is located on the eastern side of the property and is separated from the other bedrooms by the swimming pool. The other two suites have queen beds with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has exterior access only.

Palm Villa is less than 10 minutes from several beaches along the southern end of the island, and only a short drive from Cruz Bay’s restaurants and shops. The villa is equipped with solar panels with a Tesla battery backup system to provide guests with peace of mind.
