Inside and out, Pelican Vista offers the best of Providenciales. You can enjoy the view inside, or find a spot on the terrace or balcony to look out over the water. The poolside gazebo is the best place for sipping a cold drink in the afternoon. The beach is just 1/8 of a mile away, and nearby activities include golfing, gambling, fishing, jet-skiing, and restaurants. Head out and go kayaking or hiking, or just soak in the tropical sun by the over-sized pool.

Pelican Vista is located in Leeward, a residential area on the island of Providenciales. This vacation rental has two levels of living space, a guest house, and tropical landscaping. Mid-week maid service ensures guests can put their feet up and truly relax.
Sunbathe in loungers around the deck, or take a dip into the pool to cool off. Alternatively, guests can soak in the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. Grab a drink from the wet bar, or use the BBQ grill to prepare the evening’s feast. Guests can enjoy their meals inside, in the screened, poolside gazebo, or around the fit pit. There’s even snorkeling equipment that guests can take down to the beach, which is only a block away. Inside, the gourmet kitchen, crafted with exotic zebra wood, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and a warming tray. Each of the three living spaces have a surround sound system, with a plush sofa and flatscreen TV on the main level, and stunning views on the second and third levels. Guests can use the computer work station with free wireless internet access to finish assignments, do research, or connect with friends back home.
Each of the main house’s four air-conditioned bedrooms are identically sized, and have a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each with extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with a king-sized bed. Guests who want more privacy can stay in the cottage, which can accommodate two adults and four children. Two additional bedrooms are in the guest house, with a flatscreen TV and a mini fridge in the common area. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There’s also an exterior shower, as well as an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom.
Pelican Vista is located 150 yards from Grace Bay Beach, and is close to several Caribbean restaurants and clubs. Guests can walk to Grace Bay beach, which is only a few minutes from the property’s garden gate. Local bars and restaurants are accessible from the beach and are approximately 10-15 minutes away, walking.

Pelican Vista was great!
Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
My group decided to stay a the Pelican vista for several reasons, including it’s layout, proximity to a great beach and outdoor amenities like the pool, outdoor kitchen and screened in porch. All of these aspects and many others exceeded our expectations on the house and we would definitely recommend it to others. We loved hanging out in and around the pool when not at the beach and the multiple kitchen areas (indoor and outdoor) made meals a breeze. Everyone was comfortable in their master bedrooms and full baths en suite with double sinks in each was great as well. Dual on site washer and dryer as well as an extra half bath in the main living space were nice surprises that weren’t obvious in the listing. Tons of pool and beach chairs, toys, etc. were a nice plus as well. Property management was very responsive for a couple little things that did come up and all items were resolved to the extent they needed to be. We will try to stay there again for sure!
Andrew and wheretostay.com were great! The portal was SUPER helpful and all of the suggested activities, chefs, etc. were all also very helpful. I will definitely try to book our villas with you all going forward and hope to get to work with Andrew again as well!
