One and a half acres of lush gardens surround Pappagallo’s sunny pool deck, meandering paths, and picturesque bridge over a pond and waterfall. A shady cove with pergolas provides the perfect spot for peace and quiet or evening barbecues. In the center of the sundeck, there’s a 15-meter pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by loungers and chairs. The front terrace stays shaded and tranquil throughout the day, and there’s also a balcony with elevated ocean views. The large, covered terrace offers ample space to lounge, relax, and dine al fresco with views of the pool and sea. Guests can have exclusive beach access at the Sandy Lace Beach Club, as well.

An elegant, airy entryway outfitted with coral stone and plush furnishings greets guests beyond the villa’s front door. The formal dining room seats 10 guests amongst white coral stone and elegant antique decor, with arched French doors opening to the sundeck. In the living room, the flatscreen TV with Chromecast connects guests to streaming services. The kitchen is well-equipped with wraparound countertops, a center island, and a spacious design. Penridge’s chef will prepare meals for guests based on any dietary needs and culinary desires. Under the stairs, there’s a drink station with poolside glasses, a fridge, and an ice maker.

Four spacious bedrooms are spread across the villa, with two on each side of the ground floor. Each bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and feather topped mattresses with Egyptian cotton sheets. Two of the villa’s suites have queen beds and open to the pool deck, while the other two have two twin beds that can be made up into a king. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and hair dryers. The villa is maintained by daily housekeeping, as well.

The Sandy Lane Estate Owners Club is a three-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. The club offers a private beach, sunbathed loungers, and a bar that serves cocktails and lunches. Sandy Lane also has golf and tennis facilities, and is within easy reach of Holetown’s bars and restaurants.
