Beachfront luxury villa with a huge, double sided infinity pool!
Present Moment sits on a stretch of rustic, rocky beach along the south central coast of Grand Cayman in Bodden Town. This beachfront villa is fully air-conditioned, with stunning sunset views from the Great Room and veranda.
Hop into the villa’s kayaks and paddle along the coast to make sun-soaked memories with friends and family. There’s a sandy part of the beach where kids can build sandcastles, and the villa’s back door is only a few steps away. Take a break from the sea to swim in the infinity pool, splash in the wading area, or soak in the hot tub. A wooden deck with loungers borders the pool, and there’s tables and chairs throughout to enjoy snacks on. Chill drinks or prepare hors d’oeuvres in the outdoor kitchen, and dine al fresco with a view under the veranda. The view doesn’t stop in the Great Room, which encompasses the lounge, kitchen, and dining nook into one large space with a wall of large sea-facing windows. Guests enter the villa through the well-equipped kitchen, and can walk out to the deck from the dining room or lounge. The lounge is decorated with chic, minimalist accents, and is an ideal setting to play a board game, stretch out for an afternoon nap, or binge-watch movies on the Apple TV.
Each of the four bedrooms open to the Great Room and have an ensuite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Kids will love sleeping in the bunk room, which has two bunks with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom. The two queen suites are on opposite sides of the kitchen, one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo. On the other side of the Great Room, guests can relax by the sea in the master bedroom’s king-sized bed.
Bodden Town is known for it’s charming culture, so take advantage of the local art studios and gift shops dotted along the main road. Grab a snack from a street vendor, or enjoy a selection from the upscale menu at The Lighthouse Restaurant. Beaches at Rum Point, Cayman Kai, and East End are all 15-25 minutes away, and Seven Mile Beach is thirty minutes away.
