Guests can enjoy cocktails or picnics on the deck above Rose of Sharon’s natural gully and gardens. This deck is ensconced in leafy foliage and towering trees, and feels like an Amazonian retreat. The villa’s extended pool deck provides additional space for relaxing as well as barbecue facilities, al fresco dining, and a lap pool. The poolside veranda is furnished with cushioned sofas, armchairs, a dining table, and French doors which open to the interior common area. Stone garden paths and palm trees wind throughout the manicured lawn and connect the main house to the guest cottage. Rose of Sharon is maintained by a full staff including a cook, gardener, laundress, and housekeeper.

White stonework and travertine tiles adorn the internal living room furnished with a flatscreen TV and cushioned seating. The dining room seats ten, and the spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, and garden views. The purpose-built gym features top class equipment and the home office features a fax machine, WiFi, and a large semicircle desk. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor with ensuite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. The master suite has a king bed, a private balcony, and a Jacuzzi tub, as does the second master. The other two suites have a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. The guest cottage across from the pool accommodates a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twins that can be made up as a king. Both have ensuite bathrooms with showers.

Rose of Sharon enjoys access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, which includes beach chairs, umbrellas, a snack bar, washrooms, and showers. Sandy Lane Beach is a short drive away, and there are several restaurants along the coast as well.
