The house is in an excellent location directly on the beach with an amazing pool and views. We spent nearly the entirety of the trip going from the pool to the beach and back again with breaks to snorkel at the reef. It was an great time!

There are definitely fancier villas on TCI but this one was totally perfect for us.

If you are really looking for negatives - I’d say the downstairs rooms aren’t ideal for young children.

We stayed at Beach Sandstone and everything was perfect! The accommodations were just as advertised and the Where To Stay folk’s handled everything. Jona was a great on-site hostess and we would have stayed longer if it had been available. This is our third rental with WTS and we highly recommend them.

Our trip to Turks and our stay at the Sandstone Villa were better than we could have imagined! The setting of the Villa and house were beautiful with the beach and ocean right at our backdoor. We especially loved being able to snorkel at Smith Reef right beside the villa and enjoying relaxing in and around the infinity pool Everything in the villa was great, and if we had a problem, the staff was quick to respond to our needs. It was the perfect place to celebrate some “big birthdays” with our adult children!

The Villa is beautiful. You can see water everywhere. The company that oversees the house was amazingly attentive. ( Thank you Ingrid and I think Reggie.) Any small question and they were right on it. The only negative for us was the wind and the current in the water. A bit chilly with wind to get in pool and the current made it hard to swim. May be better at other times of the year.

Andrew was amazing! Responded to all my questions immediately . I also loved having a person who had been there and seen the houses to help with my decision. The list of recommendations was also very helpful as we booked dinners and snorkeling in advance. Grace Bay car rentals was also on list and they couldn’t have been nicer.

Beautiful, well equipped, plenty of space for 5-8. Great views, right on the beach, plenty of patio furniture although you don’t see it in the property description. Patio a mix of sun and shade. Staff was amazing, just a text or phone call away and responsive. Location of house was furthest out on the point compared to others so this is a more complete view looking down Grace Bay (and the beautiful moons in our case) than the homes to the west. Also liked to proximity to Turtle Cove and the restaurants (Baci, Mango Reef, Sharkbite to name a few), was nice not having to drive out to the main roads and drive the left lanes. It’s a short drive or a longer walk to the marina area. Snorkeling good but weather dependent, when windy it’s a bit wavy and takes extra effort to cover some ground. Also a closet full of pool/sea toys I was unaware of, oh and robust washer/dryer facilities so no issues there. Bring your mosquito repellent.

We had an incredible week at Sandstone Villa. The house, pool and beach offered a variety of options. The snorkelling on our beach was superb! The Villa was outstanding and covered porch offered relief from the sun.

Working with Andrew was easy and the team was very thorough in providing options for activities and instruction on accessing the home. We strongly recommend working with Andrew and team!

Our family had a wonderful time at this Villa! The view when first stepping in the home was breathtaking! The home was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The ocean in that particular spot is a little rougher than further up the beach where the resorts are; however, the speech is one of the best ones in the area for snorkeling we were told. It was nice because the house had plenty of snorkeling gear. The home is a great choice for family and Friend’s get together! The only thing that would’ve been good would have been if the two downstairs guestrooms had an entrance to the house without going outside. that could be good for some families though. We were very very happy with our choice!

We thought whereToStay.com was a very First class organization! Andrew was very quick to return emails and answer questions. He reminded us of upcoming things that we needed to do and and was very good about informing us about Covid current regulations.
I give the organization and Andrew both five stars!

First thing you notice is the automatic gates once you arrive at the villa a very nice touch. We got to the Villa late at night but the Villa had a special glow from both very spacious double bed rooms downstairs & two very spacious master suite & 2nd bed room upstairs a large living room & large kitchen at first glance the Villa offers more than enough space for a party of 8 adults without any issues. Stunning views of the Caribbean ocean right from the patio sliding doors a very warm salt water pool w amazing views of Turtle Cove we came to Turks to Celebrate my wives 40th Birthday we had an amazing time at this Villa. Gourmet Services for Catering & Groceries was right on point & fairly priced I do recommend! Andrew & his staff Jona & Julian were super helpful w any small issues @ the villa & any recommendations for activities. Looking forward to another trip to this beautiful Island.

Excellent accommodations. They took the time to make sure little things were in place like extra toiletries and kitchen items so you don’t worry about having to run out to the grocery store. They even had some simple food stuffs like ketchup, mustard, honey, sugar, bottled water and Starbucks. Very nice pool deck overlooking the beach and bay. The snorkeling is exception here where you can see plenty of sea turtles and even magnificent spotted eagle rays. Close by restaurants like Mango Reef and Baci in the Turtle Cove marina were very nice and reasonably priced for TCI.

Easy to work with and quick turnaround on email when we had questions. The only real downside is the challenges of flying with mask mandates and with the TCI COVID screening window of 72 hours waiting on test results and TCI approval. The tight turn around window puts too much anxiety into the trip. If travel restrictions to TCI relax a bit we will be sure to be back but until then we’ll likely stay state side and spend more time in Florida where it seem they have things in hand.

Amazing location, beautiful views, wonderful beach access

Beach Sandstone Villa is lovely, and has a great location near Smith’s Bay. There’s a beautiful infinity pool, easy access to activities, and good security. We received very helpful assistance from Andrew and his staff; including pre-arrangements, being met at the gate for an orientation, shopping for the villa, and helping with car rentals.

We stayed at Sandstone Villa in June of 2019. The house was great for our multi-family vacation. The house had plenty of room, and was clean and well-stocked. The location and views were amazing, and the snorkeling right behind the house was some of the best snorkeling we have even seen. We loved the infinity pool. The management team was fantastic and immediately attended to anything we needed. We would rent this property again.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful week long stay at Beach Sandstone Villa. The beachfront location and stunning views are unsurpassed. The villa itself is nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. What really stood out was the amazing responsiveness of the villa management company. Our stay included Super Bowl Sunday, and it was very important to us to watch the game. We were very dismayed when we turned on the TV in the early afternoon to find the screen broken and the internet service so slow that it was stopping to buffer the content every couple of minutes. We called the assistant house manager with very little hope that we would be able to watch the game. Within minutes, Tox was at our door. He purchased and installed a new TV and got the internet service provider out to fix the problem that was located at the street. We enjoyed seamless TV and internet service throughout the remainder of our stay. Our group was in awe that they made this all happen on a Sunday afternoon! Hats off to the management company of this lovely villa.

Andrew and Sharon were always available to answer our pre-travel questions and provided excellent advise and recommendations to ensure we had all the information we needed to travel to Turks and Caicos and enjoy our stay.

Sandstone Villa was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The villa had four large bedrooms which were very comfortable - two with views of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with extra items.

Our favorite spot was the outdoors. The deck and pool were a perfect daily escape.
There was plenty of space to lounge in the sun by the pool or relax in the shade. Any place you sat there was a spectacular view of the beautiful blue waters. The beach was steps away and the villa is by a great access point for snorkeling. Snorkeling Smith’s reef was great! We saw lots of different fish, several sea turtles and an eagle ray.

The villa is very convenient to all parts of the island. There are several good restaurants located around the corner and the heart of Grace Bay is 10 minutes away.

Awesome- would use Andrew and his team every time! They provided all the information required to help us navigate getting to TCI during Covid. Andrew answered all our questions and give us great peace of mind as we planned our trip. Very responsive team!!
