St. John Great House perches on a hillside above Rendezvous Bay and enjoys breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. This luxurious getaway was custom-designed by the head of Thos. Moser, David Moser, to emulate rugged elegance.

Panoramic views stretch across the horizon from Ram Head Trail, where the sun rises, to Saint Thomas, where the sun sets. The shaded veranda and wet bar are steps away from the lap pool, which gently curves along one side and fades into a wading area on the other. The veranda is equipped for any gathering with bar and lounge seating, a flatscreen TV, and Bluetooth stereo. The expansive upper deck’s sitting and dining areas are outfitted with IndoSoul and Cane Line furnishings.

This upscale villa enjoys open-concept design, custom-made furnishings, and elegant accessories. Natural stone walls and terra cotta tile floors add a rustic warmth to the otherwise modern interior. In the living room, there’s a flatscreen TV, two sofas, and walls of sliding glass doors that frame the ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, All-Clad cookware, bar top dining, and a full bar. There is also a sunbathed dining area next to the living room. The second dining nook is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, breakfast, or cocktails.

Each of the three bedrooms has wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, an ensuite bathroom, a four-poster king bed, and a SmartTV. There are king suites with interior access, one of which has an outdoor shower and the other with an indoor shower. The third king suite is downstairs off the pool area and has exterior access with an indoor shower.

St. John Great House sits on top of a secluded, private road with parking for six vehicles. The villa is only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay and 15 minutes from the Virgin Islands National Park.
