The impressive exterior features a lap pool in the center of an expanded sundeck. The deck is furnished with over a dozen loungers, umbrellas, cushioned chaises, and cushioned armchairs. A set of stairs leads down to a cocktail patio with cushioned chairs and a fire pit. Next to the pool, there is a partially shaded al fresco dining set for eight guests and a stainless steel barbecue grill. Sugar Apple also has a private dock with direct access to the marina.

Within the bright, airy interior, there is a cozy living room with plush seating, a flatscreen TV, and modern decor. Each of the four bedrooms enjoys an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower and a flatscreen TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and garden views. One is on the first level and the other is on the second level. The other two bedrooms are both on the second level. One of these suites has a full bed and a canal view, while the other has a king bed and water views.

Sugar Apple is only five minutes from Grace Bay Beach’s restaurants, bars, activities, and water sports. There are also several restaurants, supermarkets, and local businesses around the Leeward Marina.
