We will definitely be back again!

It was a perfect vacation Villa for my family,, ranging in age from 3 to 64. The place has a perfect layout for a vacation, pool, hot tub, open living area, each bedroom had its own bathroom! And most important, breathtaking views from everywhere!! We even snorkeled one day in Devers Bay. The arrival was seamless.thanks to the great management, Where to Stay.. Everything we needed was provided: beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, floats for the pool, 2 sets of washers and dryers, the kitchen was well stocked for plates, utensals, pots and pans and blender, a must have. We will never stay anywhere else in the Virgin Islands.. It is located a short drive to Cruz Bay, for shopping and dining.

Sunset Beach Villa is a wonderful villa with a rare beach, albeit a rocky one, right in front of the property. The pool and hot tub are very nice, as well. The pictures are accurate.

Andrew and Sharon always make our trips run like clockwork. The recommendations are spot on, and we’ll be planning next year’s family trip with them soon. This was our third island to visit, and they’ve made each trip memorable and stress free. Andrew always finds the perfect location and Sharon makes sure that everything runs smoothly. They’re a great combo.

The Villa was beautiful and right on the water. I would suggest shoes for sure because of all the sea urchins right at the water’s edge. I was a little nervous because the bedrooms were all on the outside of the house, which I didn’t like not being close to my children. I had to keep the doors unlocked so that they could get in every morning if we weren’t already in the house. We had only a couple of issues. We ran out of water one day, the electricity went off one day, and the tv went off one day for several hours. When the electricity is off, be prepared not to be able to call anyone because the phone service is horrendous. They should have some sort of alarm to let you know when the water is low. We had to wait 1/2 a day for water to be delivered. We were told the water would be monitored, but we were still allowed to run out. If you have young children that are afraid of iguanas, this may not be the place to go. My kids loved it. All in all, the Villa was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were great. It had lots of outdoor seating which was great. It had beautiful views. If we were to go back, we would rent it again.

Betsy was great to work with and available whenever we had questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she would get it. She provided us with good recommendations when we asked.

This house needs major work. Doors wouldn’t lock. Food in the refrigerator got wet. Furniture is outdated. Beach chairs were broken. Showers and sinks didn’t drain properly. Couldn’t figure out some of the lights. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were great. Great location.

Working with Shawna was great. Very efficient system. Answered all my upfront questions.

We loved the view from the upper balcony of Sunset Beach Villa. The layout of the house is good: there is plenty of space to be together as a family, but it is easy to have some privacy as well. It is conveniently located and it is an easy drive to get groceries, gasoline, go shopping, and eat in Cruz Bay. The problem for us was that the house just needs a bit of upgrading. It is too shopworn in too many areas.

Shawna is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport for us and guided us through everything we needed for our trip. We had absolutely no problem with her at all.
