Know Before You Go...
Sunspot Villa manages to combine modern architecture with island charm. It can be used for a family gathering or for a group of couples wanting to vacation together. The view is great, and you’ll probably be too busy relaxing to use the villa’s WiFi. Who cares about the internet when it’s only a three-minute walk to the nearest beach in Peter Bay? And everyone will stay entertained with the numerous water sport options.

Beautiful North Shore views!
Sunspot Villa is a classic Caribbean villa that borders the hillside and the sea. With a quiet location above Peter Bay’s north shore and design that blends old world charm with modern chic, this four-bedroom home is ideal for a family reunion, a wedding, or a business retreat.
Sunspot Villa’s hallmark is the breathtaking Grand Balcony, which wraps around the entire east side of the Main House and the Tropical Garden Wing. Guests can access the Grand Balcony through the Main House and each of the bedrooms. The balcony has a 50-ft infinity pool and deck, an outdoor living area, a cabana, a wet bar, a reading area, and al fresco dining for eight. Several of the outdoor areas are nightlit and have plush seating, so guests can relax outside from sunup to sundown. An ocean view stretches through the island’s hilly terrain all the way to the horizon. Because Sunspot is near sea level, the tropical geography envelops the villa for the best views.
A beautiful high ceiling foyer, accented with rich mahogany and shell pink tiling, leads into the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the Main House’s first level. The living room is filled with abundant natural light, and tall folding doors open to the ocean panorama. The chef’s kitchen includes a breakfast bar, gas stove, and an open layout. These areas are cooled by ceiling fans and trade winds, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms. A hallway on the right of the Main House connects to the single-level Tropical Garden Wing, where three of the four bedrooms are housed. Each of the Tropical Garden suites has its own deck, ensuite bathroom, and king bed. Sunspot’s master bedroom and guest suites each face the trade winds and ocean views. A mahogany staircase in the foyer leads up to the master bedroom, which also has a private deck and bathroom.
Sunspot is surrounded by the pristine Virgin Island National Park and its world-class beaches. Three minutes down a private path, there’s fabulous snorkeling and sunbathing on Peter Bay Beach. Cruz Bay’s restaurants and shops are 12 minutes away.
