Victoria Villa is a 3-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Caribbean-style residence located in the gated Oyster Pond hillside. The villa is located on a hilltop with views of the ocean, surrounding hillsides, and Orient Bay.
The villa’s two-level space, rooms, patios, veranda, outside decks, and private pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by foliage.
The main level offers living and dining areas furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. Adjoining the living area is a family area with air-conditioning, flat-screen television, DVD player, and stereo system with CD player, sofa bed, desk area offering wireless or DSL internet connection. The kitchen offers granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. The main level of the villa also offers a full bathroom with shower facilities.
Large glass doors open onto an outdoor veranda area on the main level where guests may enjoy the views and trade winds. This level offers an outdoor covered gallery with ceiling fans, sitting areas plus outdoor dining area for up to 10 persons. From the main level veranda area, guests can go down to the lower level to access the large private swimming pool area.
The lower level of the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, internet access, mini fridge, safe, and direct access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms offer a king bed, internet access, mini-fridge, safe, and direct access to the pool area. You also have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort.
In addition, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board located on the lower level.
The villa has a private heated infinity pool and is a wonderful area for relaxation and enjoying the views. The gazebo area by the pool offers a large bar area with a fridge, sink, and gas BBQ grill. Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sunbathe and soak in the pool. In addition, there is an outdoor bathroom for use while by the pool.
The villa is located in Oyster Pond, near ferry service from Oyster Pond to St. Bart’s; just a short drive to Dawn Beach & The Westin Resort & Casino; 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where guests will find the best “French Restaurants on the island.”

The most beautiful and relaxing villa

We had a wonderful time at Victoria villa. The home was in a great location and had everything we could have wanted. The views were beautiful and the home was very comfortable. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to visit again! Also! Surprise! There were monkeys roaming around and we were thrilled about that!
Betsy was so helpful organizing our trip and setting up our car rental. The recommendations on the villa page was all we used to eat and explore. Everything we did was perfect.

The Villa is beautiful in all respects. The vista, the facilities and the comfort.
The most upsetting aspect was the constant barking of dogs, both from above the property, where there were FIVE, and below the property, where there were two.
It made an idyllic situation uncomfortable.
