Villa Atlantis is an 8,000 square foot villa on top of a hill overlooking Cap Estate. This hilltop property has an open design and luxurious accommodations for 12 guests.
 
Well-manicured landscaping and shaded lounge areas surround Atlantis, and the island views are far-reaching. A curved driveway leads to a generous parking area, and the entrance welcomes guests with an elegant coral stone staircase, an arched portico, and stately double doors. The sloping parkland around the villa is beautifully kept, and the indoor gated courtyard has soothing touches like water features and a koi pond. The outdoor living area is a seamless collection of comfortable relaxing and dining areas, and the 80’ infinity pool has a bird’s eye view of the hills and golf course. Balmy breezes and shady corners keep the veranda and pool deck cool year-round.

Atlantis has a crisp, modern look with a classic Caribbean feel. Cool, white walls and flooring lends an airy, spacious feel to each room. The walls are built from local stone and the arch motif is repeated throughout the exterior and interior. The living space overlooks the pool deck through tall, wide French doors and has a vaulted ceiling handcrafted from beautifully finished natural wood. A den with a 50” SmartTV lies to the right, and the kitchen and formal dining room are on the left. The modern kitchen opens up to a large terrace and is equipped with granite countertops, state of the art appliances, sleek white cabinets, and a bar cart. It leads to the formal dining room, which seats eight to twelve.

Villa Atlantis has a family-friendly layout that would be just as well-suited for a couples getaway. Atlantis is a 10-minute drive to most of Rodney Bay’s amenities and attractions. There are several beaches around the Cap Estate peninsula to explore, and the Piton Mountains are a sight to see.
