White Dahlia is an ultra modern, super sleek villa with an open-concept floor plan and four bedrooms. Smart home technology and proximity to a white sand beach add even more luxury to this opulent villa.

A white sandy beach rests just across the street, and the sunset view off the water is hard to beat. The villa has a private dock for boat charter pick-ups and direct water access. The 50-foot long pool has a large, heated spa, a toddler splash zone, and LED lighting. An extensive lounging deck wraps around the pool, and al fresco dining sits beneath the veranda. Vaulted ceilings, contemporary decor, and 24 feet of sliding glass walls outfit White Dahlia’s sunbathed Great Room. The living room has a flatscreen TV and a plush leather sectional. The ceramic dining table seats 10, and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cook-top, a Sub-Zero wine fridge, two dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerated drawers, and a freezer drawer with an ice machine. There is an additional freezer in the utility room, and soft evening LED illumination throughout the house.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV and lamps with USB charging ports. The master suite has a California king bed with exterior access to the pool and spa. The large master bathroom has a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a dual vanity, and a walk-in closet with built-in shelving units. The other three suites are on the opposite side of the Great Room. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and exterior access to the sundeck. The twin suite has two beds that can be converted into a king. The front den has a queen sleeper sofa, an attached bathroom with a shower, and a closet. A ramp runs along the side door for wheelchair entry, and there is a handicap-accessible shower in the twin suite.
