La Palmeraie - Villa 3 offers upscale luxury tucked away in its own private oasis on Harbour Island. This seven-bedroom villa enjoys a lush, garden border and Balinese-inspired design.

The villa is only 300 feet away from Pink Sands Beach, a three-mile beach which gets its vibrant color from crushed seashells. Opulent gardens surround the villa’s exterior, which includes a private pool, a manicured garden, loungers, and umbrellas. The gazebo shades outdoor lounging space where guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Covered porches provide extra shade along the width of the house.

La Palmeraie is spread across the main house and the cottage. In the two-story main house, there are five bedrooms and five and a half baths. On the upper level, there are three king suites with ensuite bathrooms, private balconies, and flatscreen TVs. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double vanity, although the master suite also has a sumptuous soaking tub. On the lower level, there is one queen suite and one king suite, each with an ensuite bathroom, flatscreen TV and exterior access to the pool.

The cottage holds two king suites with ensuite bathrooms, along with a kitchen and living room. The living room is fully furnished with plush couches and a flatscreen TV. The dining room seats 10 guests in chic rattan chairs, and further dining is available at the adjacent breakfast bar. The breakfast bar runs between the dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with pale wood cabinetry, elegantly built-in appliances, and ample storage space.
