Tropical gardens and gorgeous ocean views surround Westland Heights’ nine villas, and each villa enjoys private beach club access at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, a full staff (excluding chef).

Cool Wind combines the beauty of classic Barbadian design with modern amenities. Every inch of the exterior exudes Old World glamour, from the infinity pool to the extensive balcony. The pool is bordered by loungers, umbrellas, and plush sofas where guests can relax in the sun or shade. A wet bar with Banks Beer on tap, a BBQ grill, and a dining gazebo round out the beach level’s amenities. Dual staircases on either side of the sundeck lead up to the covered balcony, which spans the width of the house. Guests will love feasting and lounging around the balcony’s open-plan reception and dining area overlooking the sea.

Creamy white curtains blow in the breeze against the balcony’s French doors leading into the villa’s elegant interior. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. The intimate media room offers air-conditioning, a sink and storage for snacks, and a flatscreen TV. In the villa’s private air-conditioned gym, the latest exercise equipment, machines, and accessories are readily available for any workout. This level features three king suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and flatscreen TV. The master suite enjoys a private balcony and a soaking tub. The second king offers balcony access, and the third king features a soaking tub. On the beach level, there is a self-contained suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first has a queen bed, exterior access, and a walk-in shower. The second has two twin beds, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.

The Westland Heights neighborhood is near Reeds Bay, several restaurants, and Platinum Coast activities. Use of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach facilities is available for all Cool Wind guests, as well.
