Kiko is a luxurious, beachfront villa perfect for large groups. This Platinum Coast villa features nine oceanfront bedrooms, expansive design, and elegant interiors.
A gorgeous, oversized swimming pool sits in the center of a large lounging deck, half sunbathed and half shaded. The deck is furnished with umbrellas and lounge chairs, while the adjacent veranda offers open-air living and dining. Paynes Bay Beach’s turquoise waters, soft white sand, and shallow reefs are just outside the gate.
Coral stone pillars and Italian marble flooring usher guests into Kiko’s elegant interior. Opposite the covered veranda, the palatial Great Room incorporates a plush sitting area and formal dining. Between the game room, fully equipped gym, yoga studio, spa, and sauna, there is more than enough space for guests to relax. The upper level living area features a flatscreen TV and a small kitchenette, and opens to the oceanfront balcony. Kiko is staffed with a housekeeper, laundress, butler, and a chef who prepares three meals per day.
Multi-generational groups and couples alike will feel comfortably accommodated in Kiko’s nine bedrooms. On the third floor, there are two master suites with oceanfront balconies, king beds, dressing rooms, and marbled ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom features a soaking tub and double rain showers. On the second floor, there are six suites with ensuite bathrooms and stunning views. Two bedrooms feature three twin beds each, which can also be converted into one king bed and one twin bed for families. There is a king suite at either end of the second floor, which offers more privacy. On the ground floor, there is a garden suite with a king bed and external access only.
Kiko’s ideal location on Paynes Bay Beach gives guests front-row access to the island’s premiere beaches, dining, and activities. There are several restaurants and bars within a short walk or drive; and, the island’s best golf courses are less than 15 minutes away.
